Appraisal and Consulting Services Fee Quotes

Lee Pallardy, Inc. (LPI) is a commercial real estate appraisal company that prepares real estate appraisals and provides real estate consulting services for all types of commercial properties including, but not limited to, retail centers, office buildings, warehouse and other industrial properties, apartment complexes, religious facilities, residential and commercial subdivisions, and vacant land.

Please call or e-mail us to request fee quotes for appraisal and real estate consulting services. With few exceptions, a fee quote or proposal can be provided within 24 hours of the request. Retainers are requested on some orders and the entire invoice is due upon delivery of the appraisal or completion of appraisal services.
