Jamie Myers was born in Tampa and has resided here all his life. He graduated from Jesuit High School in 1974, attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, in 1974/1975, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance in 1979. After graduating from college, Jamie remained in Tampa and began his appraisal career. For several years, his appraisal background was concentrated in residential, multi-family, and small commercial properties. Beginning in the mid-1980's, and continuing thereafter to the present, his appraisal experience has been concentrated in all types of vacant land, and commercial properties.

Jamie joined Lee Pallardy, Inc., in 1987, and has been actively involved in the appraisal, brokerage, and investing of real estate since that time. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation. He is a registered real estate broker and a Florida-certified general real estate appraiser. Jamie has been a member of the National Ethics and Counseling Panel of the Appraisal Institute.

Jamie and his wife Judy have two sons. He has coached little league baseball and Pop Warner football for the last several years. He has been a member of the Dad's Club of Northwest Elementary School, and is now a member of the Dad's Club of Jesuit High School.

Jamie has experience in the appraisal of all types of real estate on the West Coast of Florida. He is also qualified as an expert witness in Hillsborough and Hernando County Circuit Courts.

Jamie currently serves as President of Lee Pallardy, Inc., and along with the other principals of this firm, promotes high quality research in developing sound opinions for the well documented and market-supported appraisals prepared by the firm. He serves as a mentor to the real estate research assistants and younger associates in the firm.
