Lee F. Pallardy, III, MAI
Upon graduation, Lee returned to Tampa and worked for Freedom Federal Savings & Loan for two and one-half years. He then joined his father in the appraisal firm of Pallardy-Watrous, Inc., and has been actively involved in the appraisal, brokerage, development, and financing of real estate since that time. Lee is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation. He is a registered real estate broker, a certified residential contractor, and a Florida-certified general real estate appraiser. Lee was a director of the West Coast Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute from 1993 to 1995 and was also a Region X Representative and a member of the National Ethics & Counseling Panel. Lee is married to the former Jean Thibault and they have three children. Leila Pallardy is a teacher in the Hillsborough County school system, Jacqueline Pallardy is in graduate school at the University of Texas, and Matthew Pallardy manages Carlton, Davis, Pallardy, LLC, which is an equity mortgage lender. Lee has been active in the community since his graduation from Notre Dame. Lee is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and has served on the Parish Council. Lee was on the Board of Directors of Metropolitan Ministries for seven years and served as chairman. Lee has served on the Board of Trustees of St. Mary’s Episcopal Day School and is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Jesuit High School. He coached youth soccer for the YMCA and little league baseball for Tampa Bay Little League. Lee has been actively involved in the appraisal of all types of real estate on the West Coast of Florida.
